Defective Products

If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us at info@globalcreativeinc.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help us assess the defect.

If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
